Cancellation of an Order:
In case you wish to cancel your order, please get in touch with our customer care team within 24 hours of placing your order. You can reach us via email at or by logging into your account on our website.
You can also cancel your order before it is shipped by visiting the "Your Account" section on our website.
Refund for Prepaid Orders:
For canceled prepaid orders, the refund of any amount paid will be processed to the source of payment within 7-10 business days, following our Exchange/Return policies.
Exchange/Return Policy:
At Mars Cloud, we strive to provide you with a great customer experience every time you shop with us. However, due to hygiene factors, we do not accept returns of products once the order is delivered.
If you encounter a quality issue with the product, such as leakage, a broken seal, or if you receive damaged or different products, we can initiate an exchange order. All you need to do is give us a call within 24 hours of delivery. Our customer care details can be found on our website at
Please note that exchanges of products will only be accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery, provided that the products are returned in a sealed condition with tags/labels intact and in their original packaging. They should be in an undamaged condition and meet the following terms:
  • Exchange/replacement for goods/merchandise is subject to inspection and checking by Mars Cloud Systems Private Limited.
  • Damages to the product due to neglect, improper usage, or wrong application will not be covered under our Exchange/Returns Policy.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) convenience charges and shipping charges will not be included in the refund value of your order, as these are non-refundable charges.
  • Once your exchange/replacement request has been accepted, the exchange/refund process will be completed within 15 business days, subject to product inspection. Mars Cloud Systems Private Limited reserves the right to refuse an exchange if it is found that the product has been used.
  • For returned products, Mars Cloud Systems Private Limited will issue Credit Notes, which can be utilized for future purchases on our website at
  • Please be aware that special conditions for promotional offers may override this Exchange/Returns Policy. Such conditions will be clearly displayed alongside such promotional offers.
  • The final price of exchanged products should be equal to or more than the price of the items being exchanged. If you choose an item of higher value, you can pay the differential amount through Net Banking, Credit card, Debit card, or other payment options that Mars Cloud may provide.

  • In case of self-ship or courier, please email us a scanned copy of the courier slip within 7 business days of opening the exchange/return request.
  • If you have purchased products that are part of a package or a promotional package (collectively, the “Bundled Package”), you must return all the products that form part of the Bundled Package to Mars Cloud Systems Private Limited to process an exchange.
Please ensure to follow the below steps:
  • - Place your item in its original packaging with tags intact.
  • - Mention your Name, Order Number, and Mobile Number on the top of the box, and insert the original invoice.
  • - Keep the product and package ready for reverse pickup by Mars Cloud Systems Private Limited within the timeline communicated by us.
